HEALTHY EASY TRAINING TIPS: SASHA JONES PERSONAL TRAINING GUIDE



As you may have read on my Eighty20 blog post my good friend Sasha qualified last year as a Personal Trainer. Bursting with nutritional information and exercise regimes Sasha has put together a second E-book tackling the perfect summer body in just 12 weeks becoming a strong, leaner and fitter you.
Now to start, the beauty of an E-book is you can read it on the go. So when you’re feeling slightly low and you’ve hit that ‘I can’t do this anymore’ wall, just pull out your phone or iPad and  catch up on some reading. The biggest obstacle is always staying on track, the amount of times I’ve wanted to give up but simply refuse. Whether everyone at works having mouth-watering mac and cheese sandwiches and chocolate just remember how far you’ve come and how much further you can go with the right assistance.

Sasha’s number one training tip is to forget the scales and take a photo diary and quite frankly I couldn’t agree more! As muscle weighs more than fat scales can be extremely deceiving. The guide then explains the different aspects of training over the 12 week course and what you’ll be expected to achieve at the final stage. With easy to follow drawings explaining each excerise outlining which core area you’re working on, this guide is by far my favourite.

Now I’ve got 4 weeks until my first holiday, let the shedding begin!
