Spotted me on Instagram at V Festival last month or my lack of posting throughout August? Well it’s probably down to the same thing – Mark Hill Hair’s V Fest activation! Honestly I don’t know how I manage to balance work with running a blog to, sometimes they work hand-in-hand together and other times my blog pays a backseat as work will always come first.
After months and months of planning, V Festival was finally
here! After a gruelling seven hour drive (YES seven hours as we got stuck in
traffic) we were finally in Chelmsford, Essex to braid and glitter all the
#MHBabes that attended our activation. With Charlotte Crosby hosting meet and
greets on the VIP terrace, eight of our session stylists to makeover any guests
and our photographer on-hand to snap any festival street style, our spot in the
main area was by far the busiest!
Months on planning, an 18 hour round trip, four nights
camping, endless trips to Costa, hourly Red Bulls and a £360 car garage bill
later – WE DID IT! The Mark Hill V Fest activation outlived all our
expectations… How’s game for next year?!
